Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Tikitoys.com has a great deal of experience in shipping throughout
the world and welcomes all foreign orders. We will work to provide
you with the easiest and safest shipping methods to get your items
to you.
How much is shipping?
Because of the various sizes and weights of our items, as well as
insurance considerations and regional charges, shipping charges
will be assessed after your order has been placed.
How do I view my past orders?
To view your previous orders at any time, click the "my account"
button and login using your e-mail address and password. Once logged
in, click the View My Order History link and you will get a list
of all the orders you've placed.
Can I track or confirm my order?
To confirm your order and find out about the tracking of your order,
please email bonnie@tikitoys.com.
When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped within one week of receipt of payment.
How will I know you received my online order?
All orders are confirmed by e-mail within 48 hours.
What is TikiToys.com's exchange/return policies?
Please ask any and all questions before placing your order as all
items are sold as-is. We do, however, allow refunds if we have not
represented the item correctly or there is damage that has occurred
other than in shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tikitoys.com must be notified within 10 days of receipt of the
item that a refund is needed. All items must be shipped at the buyer's
expense back to Tikitoys.com within 10 days of notification.
What payment types does TikiToys.com accept?
Tikitoys.com accept credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American
Express as well as personal checks (U.S. only) or money orders (both
domestic and international). Please DO NOT send cash!
Is the store secure, and will my e-mail address be used
for SPAM?
TikiToys.com uses the industry standard for Internet security, Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL 128-bit) encryption to protect your personal
data and ensure that it is transmitted securely.
In order to ship products to you, we need to collect information
about you, including your name, billing address, shipping address,
e-mail address, home phone number and credit card information. We
use your e-mail address as a login for the store, as well as a way
to send you a confirmation of your order. If we have a question
about your order, we may contact you by e-mail or by phone. For
example, we may call you to verify your credit card information
on a large purchase. We do this for your protection.
You can change your personal information at any time by clicking
the "my account" button and login with your e-mail address
and password. There, you can modify your account information.
We don't sell, rent, or give your personal information to third
parties and we will not put you on some kind of horrible mailing
list. We hate when people do it to us so we promise not to do it
to you!
Do I need to pay taxes?
A 9.75% sales tax will be calculated into the pre-shipping grand
total for all items ordered from a California address.
